Annaprashan Pooja

Annaprashan, also known as Mukhe Bhaat in Marathi culture, is a sacred ritual where a baby is introduced to solid food—usually sweet rice or kheer—for the first time. This marks a spiritual and physical milestone in the baby’s life and is celebrated with prayers for health, strength, nourishment, and prosperity.
